Andja
Manager Andja is a German native who just recently received
her U.S. citizenship, something that she is quite proud of.
She lives in New Orleans with her beautiful daughter.
She has been at Clover Grill for three years and is having
the time of her life. |

Earl
Earl began as a cook at Clover Grill in 1993, but it did not
take long for management to learn that his skill was best served
as a waiter. Considered the "Diva of the Diner"
he has appeared in many publications with his face on the cover
of several of them. If you have not had breakfast with
Earl, then you do not know what a good time is. Come in
and be entertained. |

Adam
Adam works
7-3 and 3-11 shifts. His Hobbies are Theater, Drag "Madam
Adam Style." Sleeping whenever there's a chance (no rest for
the wicked). His attitude leaves something to be desired (funny,
mind you), but our food makes up for that. |

Laura
Laura works 3-11 shifts. Laid back, Shy, Quiet, and cute. Her
hobbies are: Hanging out with friends, old school music (like
Bob Marley), Favorite Soda: Coke |

Charissa
Charissa is our 3-11 cook. Her hobbies are: Men (and lots
of them), Likes slow music, And having fun with her son. |

Dave:
11-7 Weekend cook, occasionally waits tables. Hobbies: Drag,
Makup, Art, Sleeping, and a wonderful decorator (better than
Martha Stuart) |

Caronell
AKA Shorty
Shorty is our Head prep cook, works from 7-3 full time,
loves to go out, loves beer and is very mechanical (cars, fixing
things). He's Grouchy but sweet |

Angela
Angela is a part time prep/cook, her hobbies are: shopping,
R&B, hanging out, and sleeping |

Renea
Renea is a part time prep, Hard worker, Hobbies: Country
music, Shopping, and hanging out at Tower Records. |

Andray
loves basketball, swimming, children and dining out. He is the
7AM - 3PM cook Wednesday through Sunday. His omelets are to
die for. Come check out his beautiful smile. |

Latoya
is the 3PM- 11PM cook. She enjoys going out dancing and does
some modeling on the side. |

Sherman
is the 11PM - 7AM weekend prep. He loves basketball, baseball
and pretty much every sport. He likes to detail and repair cars
and houses in his spare time. |

Willem
loves music and cooking at home. He enjoys hanging out with
his wife and his boyfriend. Be careful because he's a talker. |
